Last Weekend...

AFTER work on Friday, went to the gym at 7 after playing my 'dominoes' abt an hour at the office. it has been a stressful week so yeah...managed to get to my first class on time as the road like 'empty' at jalan pinang, so dont let the road in front of cosway towards tun razak fooled u in anyway.

first class was good, true to Brian's words, he actually chose the songs that are gruelling and lots of push ups... i nearly gave up..but when i realised that a few extra kilos after timbang that day (i blame it to mama's cooking), i kuatkan jua semangatku! malaysia boleh like that! but im sad as i cant hold it for side 'star'pose!!! damn! shall practice practice practice.

after that, straight to bodyjam class which i like want to pengsan also half way. damn man, me have no stamina anymore! better start doing back to back more often now. maybe its my back pain...;(

right after that, gym frens like "aida, jum p steambot"...err, errr, err...like where? jum aaaa the lodge. while contemplating, Ms Bettyboo straight away, alaaaaaaa jang, jum ah kau ni mengada ngada...heheheh so me followed her, Ms Z and hubby Mr N to the lodge. i went there wihtout my purse or my IC as all that was in my car. MS Z dengan baik hatinya belanja me that nite..merci! my turn next time! ;-)


tummy full, i drove back from the gym to home and as usual, 10 minutes jam at jalan p ramlee as the niteowls has started to flocked the clubs. then MBA rang and ajak coffee...so pretty went home, took my long shower and MBA picked me up with MR K to nailis...heheheh, havent been there for awhile, the last time was with MBF...

then came MBF,then came gravtkills, then came kekwat! hey, the more the merrier!
i hope that Mr K and gravtkills had a 'comfortable' evening! sorry tau if rasa bosan or tak seronok, hopefully in other coffee sessions it would be better. however, i think bosan is so not the word to describe that evening. mwhahahahhahah!!!

saturday was quiet and i woke up late due to my korean thingy. watch grey anatomy (the episode where merdith experienced the between death thing) and cried like a baby. so sad... me love derek! later in the evening me had coffee with the usual suspects to discuss on the BKK trip. it went well and at least we all now have an idea of wat and wat,,,...yay! went din din afterwards then went home to watch tele.

MBF rang to ajak me go this club and Ms I and hubby MR J also rang asking me out ...sumhow macam tak larat sgt nak tukar baju and put my make up on! ayo wats wrong with me..maybe its PMS!!! waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

sunday was my relaxing day...yay yay yay..

and now its back to monday!!!! urghhhhh!!!!
